Z0838-05 This is requested modification to Building 2 to allow loading doors on the west side. It is zoned I-2.
Z0802-05 Greenway Conditional Use permit to allow construction of 350 sq. ft. deck attached to existing single family house. This site is at 15311 River Forest and is zoned R-10.
Z0883-05 Construct a private dock in the Greenway. This site is at 15203 River Forest and is zoned R-10.
Z0914-05 Renewal of prior partition approval in 2003. It is located at 14340 Upper Aldercrest.
Z0950-05 A two lot partition of a one acre parcel. The min. density after buffer and sloes are considered is 2 dwellings. It is zoned R-10 and is located at 13665 Ash St.
Update on Land Use Applications:
Z0598-05 was an application asking for establishing continued use as a way to allow a non-conforming use. This was heard by the Hearing Officer and continued to January 12, 2006.
Z0640-05 was a request for an interpretation of allowing RV storage in an I-2 zone. It was denied by the County and heard by the Hearing Officer on December 1st.
Z0772-05 This application was approved by the County staff allowing a partition without conditions relative to replanting trees. The OLCC Board appealed this to the Hearings Officer.

Special meetings, if required to vote on land use issues, will be held in conjunction with the monthly CIA meeting normally on the second Wednesday of each month
