8:00 PM – Land Use Issues for Voting

Introduction of procedures by Chairperson. Eligibility for Voting, Time Limits, presentations by those in favor, the Council’s on-site review and those opposed.

Z0312-06 This is a request to construct a dock and walking trail in the Willamette River Greenway. It is located at 17539 Walta Vista Dr. This parcel is .46 acres and is zoned R-10.

Z0535-06 This is a 2 lot partition with an existing house on one parcel. This is located at 15120 Laurie Av. The area is .48 acres (20,952 and is zoned R-10.

Z0552-06 This is a minor modification of a Greenway conditional use to extend a boat ramp 30 to 40 feet. This is located at 1601 Oak Shore Ln.

Update on Land Use Applications:

Four applications will be heard by the Hearings Officer on August 3rd.

Z0298-06 is an appeal of a staff decision requiring dedication of additional area for roadways.

Z0315-06 is a appeal by a neighbor of a 3-lot partition because of storm water issues.

Z0357-06 is an applicant appeal of a denial of a variance to required area in a R-10 zone.

Z0369-06 is not an appeal but a Hearing on Head Start’s proposal on Rived Rd.
