for Voting, Time Limits, presentations by those in
favor, the Council’s on-site review and those opposed.


Z1032-05 This is a 2 lot partition with an existing
house on one parcel. It is located at 14500 Vista Ln.
This parcel is .85 acres and is zoned R-10.

Z0357-06 This is a 2 lot partition with an existing
house on one parcel and a variance as the total area
is 19,250 sq. ft. This is located at 4021 Risley Rd.
The area is .44 acres and is zoned R-10.

Z0369-06 This is the Head Start facility at 16518
River Rd. They request expansion of their facility.
